ICS Employment Application

CITES/Instructional Computing Services hires primarily undergraduate students to work as Site Consultants in our labs.

Site Consultants are customer service representatives responsible for troubleshooting common problems with Windows and Apple computers, as well as answering routine questions about software packages such as Microsoft Office.
